This is a cake that we made for a teacher at our school named Mr. Creach who really likes football and is an awesome teacher! It is moist white cake with buttercream icing. I cut the cake it a football shape and then I covered it in brown/orange fondant and white fondant stripes, attaching them with egg whites. Because this cake was small instead of using fondant cut-out letters I piped the writing on with white frosting. This cake was small and quick to make and hopefully I will make more like this in the future!
